About the Role
The Lead Materials Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and flow of AV and OEM parts across Moove’s operations in Miami. This role will manage the supply chain to prevent delays, ensure accurate tracking of parts, and implement robust systems that support efficiency and reliability. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building processes that keep our fleet running without disruption.
What you’ll be doing
Partner with the General Manager to design and implement strategies that enhance fleet health in line with company goals and tech advancements.
Monitor key KPIs, prepare regular performance reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, ensuring performance standards and fleet development targets are met.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring adequate staffing, coaching, and a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain a robust parts tracking system to ensure accurate and real-time visibility of inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers to prevent delays in parts delivery and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
Forecast demand and maintain appropriate stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
Streamline logistics and warehousing operations for maximum efficiency.
Partner with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize fleet uptime.
Implement best practices to improve inventory accuracy, supply chain efficiency, and overall reliability.
Ensure safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
What you will need for this position
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
Strong background in managing technical/automotive parts preferred.
Proven ability to build and maintain tracking systems (ERP or inventory software experience a plus).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
