The Materials Coordinator will support Moove’s Miami operations by managing the day-to-day flow of AV and OEM parts. Reporting to the Lead Materials Coordinator, this role ensures accurate inventory tracking, timely supply of parts, and smooth logistics operations that keep our fleet running without disruption. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in preventing delays or shortages.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintain accurate records of AV and OEM parts inventory.
Support the Lead Materials Coordinator in operating and improving the parts tracking system.
Receive, label, store, and distribute parts in line with operational needs.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on orders, deliveries, and returns.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and flagging potential shortages or excess.
Help streamline warehousing and logistics processes to ensure efficiency.
Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely parts availability.
Follow best practices for inventory handling and control.
Ensure safe storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations.
What You Will Need
2–3 years of experience in materials coordination, supply chain, or inventory management (automotive or technical parts experience preferred).
Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems (SAP Preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills for vendor and internal team coordination.
Basic understanding of hazardous materials handling is a plus.
