About the Role
As an Associate – Marketing & Communication at Moove.io, you will be responsible for ensuring effective communication and engagement with our driver community via. digital marketing, print media, and performance marketing. This role is crucial in expanding our brand reach, engaging our target audience, and driving conversions across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the mobility industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns. Role will involve developing and implementing communication strategies to keep our drivers informed about important updates, policies, and incentives. You will create engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media, and driver portals, to foster a sense of community and address driver concerns. Additionally, you will play a key role in collecting feedback and insights from drivers to help improve their experience and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our driver programs. What You’ll be Doing
- Work closely with the communications, operations and marketing team to craft all customer related communication and engagement initiatives in the region.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), email marketing, and search engines (SEO/SEM)
- Manage and optimize website content for improved user experience and search engine visibility.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Develop content and execute CRM plans across the regions to engage new and existing customers, thereby facilitating acquisition, increasing brand loyalty, and building Moove’s equity.
- Support with setting up the CRM infrastructure that will work seamlessly across the business and capture important information along the driver funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling content for print advertisements, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
- Manage the production and distribution of print materials, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for print media placement in relevant publications and events.
- Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize campaign ROI.
- Monitor campaign budgets and performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
- Assist in the development and execution of the overall marketing and communication strategy.
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing copy for various channels.
- Support public relations efforts, including drafting press releases and managing media inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Ensure consistent segmentation and relevant cohorts for targeted messages.
- Collaborate with other departments (including Operations. Products, Business Development etc ) to ensure the efficiency of CRM executions accordingly
- Present creative ideas, process & execute and report the results to business leads.
- Model our core values and promote them internally and externally.
What You will need for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, print media, and performance marketing, preferably within the mobility or automotive industry or Start- up experience.
- Proven experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Experience with CRM platforms e.g. MailChimp, Salesforce e.t.c
