About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding and Sales Executive to join our team temporarily at Moove. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new drivers, maintaining compliance with necessary documentation, and driving sales through proactive customer engagement.
What You’ll be Doing
Sales & Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and reach out to prospective drivers and partners via cold calls, WhatsApp, and in-person engagements.
- Distribute marketing material (e.g. pamphlets/flyers) in targeted areas and engage potential drivers directly to generate interest and encourage sign-ups.
- Convert qualified leads into active driver applications through effective communication, follow-up, and explanation of onboarding benefits.
- Represent the brand professionally during on-site handovers, activations, and outreach campaigns.
- Track and report on lead conversion progress and provide input on acquisition strategies.
Driver Onboarding Support
- Guide new driver applicants through the onboarding process, including platform registration and document submission.
- Provide support in completing and uploading documents where necessary, ensuring drivers are prepared for activation.
Document Compliance & Operational Support
- Upload and maintain critical documentation (Operating Licenses, Double Discs, Insurance Certificates, etc.) on relevant platforms.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure document accuracy and compliance with regulatory and platform standards.
- Support internal reporting and document control to meet operational and audit requirements.
What You will need for this position
- Matric (Grade 12); post-matric qualification in sales, business, or transport/logistics is advantageous.
- 1–2 years of lead generation or sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced or customer-facing environment.
- 1 - 2 years Customer support experience
- 1- 2 years call center experience
- Valid Driver’s licence
- Computer literate in Microsoft and Google Suite
- Good Communication skills
- Excellent EXCEL skills
- 1 - 2 years experience in data entry
- Good interpersonal skills

- 100% submission to the required CRM.
- Accessible document repository with outcomes of the applications.
Who You'll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to our Sales and Onboarding Supervisor, and closely working with our Operations Team.
