About the Role
Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our growth strategy across sales performance, marketing execution, brand positioning, and revenue generation. This role oversees the full sales team and marketing function, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, brand management, and lead generation. You are responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving the sales funnel, boosting customer retention, and delivering advertising and application-based revenue opportunities — all while adapting strategies to local market dynamics and consumer behaviours.
What You’ll be Doing
Sales Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and comms team to achieve sales and assignment targets.
- Oversee lead generation, prospecting, funnel management, and deal closure processes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, incentive plans, and forecasting processes.
- Report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and pipeline health regularly.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Awareness
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Drive brand awareness, positioning, and consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Oversee public relations, communications, and content strategy to build market presence.
- Track and analyse marketing effectiveness and campaign ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
Performance Marketing & Digital Growth
- Manage digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM campaigns.
- Improve the customer and lead funnel performance to optimise conversion rates and acquisition costs.
- Implement data-driven marketing initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows to boost engagement.
Advertising & Revenue Generation
- Drive advertising initiatives and campaigns, including digital, print, outdoor, and partner promotions.
- Identify and execute application-based revenue generation opportunities through strategic partnerships, platform-based advertising, and market activations.
- Oversee media buying, advertising spend allocation, and campaign performance metrics.
Customer Retention & Loyalty
- Develop and implement retention and loyalty strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to align customer communication and campaigns.
- Use customer insights and feedback to inform retention programs and service improvements.
Market Insights & Local Consumer Behaviour
- Leverage insights into local market dynamics and customer behaviour to tailor marketing and sales strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer profiling to identify opportunities and gaps.
- Adapt marketing messaging and targeting to resonate with specific market segments.
What You will need for this position
- A degree relevant to the job specification (Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or any related field).
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years experience operating in a management role.
- Experience in the Mobility and Tech industry.
