About the Role
As a Remote Vehicle Operator, you are the eyes and hands behind our fleet. You will monitor live vehicle operations, respond to remote assistance requests, and ensure every ride is completed safely and efficiently across Dubai.
This is a critical frontline operations role. You will work within our remote assistance platform to support autonomous vehicles in the field, escalate issues with precision, and help build the operational knowledge base that makes our fleet smarter over time. You will operate on a rotating shift schedule providing 24/7 coverage across the fleet.
What You’ll be Doing
Remote Operations
Monitor live vehicle operations and respond to remote assistance requests in real time
Use the remote assistance platform to support vehicles in accordance with operational protocols
Work on independently resolving issues, and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team lead promptly and track resolution through to closure
Identify and flag patterns in vehicle behaviour or system performance that require attention
Communicate findings to relevant teams in a timely and structured manner
Reporting and Documentation
Collect, organise, and summarise remote assistance system issues and feedback
Communicate findings to relevant teams in a timely and structured manner
System and Customer Support
Assist customer service specialists with user communications and information follow-up as required
Support testing and feedback tasks related to remote assistance and customer service systems
Shift Requirements
The Employee will be working on a shift basis. The exact days and time will be communicated by their Line Manager. Schedules are adjusted based on operational needs.
What You will need for this position
High school diploma or above; field of study unrestricted
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools including email and internal platforms
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic a plus
Calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness
Fast learner with the ability to quickly master new systems and features
Comfortable working rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational environment
Valid UAE driving licence with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
Clean driving record: no major traffic violations in the past 12 months, no Salik or RTA black points indicating reckless driving, no DUI or drug-related driving offences, and no record of accidents resulting in death or serious injury

Issues escalated and tracked to resolution without gaps
Operational reports delivered on time with relevant observations noted
Zero safety compromises on your watch

Directly reporting to our Remote Operator Lead, and closely working with our Remote Operations Team.
