About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who can manage both MIS reporting and sales coordination activities for fleet management operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating operational and sales reports, analyzing data, supporting the sales team with insights, maintaining databases, tracking vendor and customer performance, and ensuring accurate reporting for business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, analytical abilities, and the capability to coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
MIS Reporting & Database Management
● Create, maintain, and automate MIS reports related to fleet operations and sales performance.
● Manage databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
● Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
● Maintain historical records and reporting trackers for operational and sales activities.
● Handle data extraction, consolidation, and report preparation using spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Sales MIS & Sales Coordination
● Prepare and maintain sales reports, lead trackers, revenue reports, and customer performance dashboards.
● Support the sales team with data analysis, pipeline tracking, and target achievement monitoring.
● Track sales conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue trends.
● Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely updates and reporting.
● Assist in preparing sales presentations, business reviews, and management reports.
● Monitor pending invoices, collections, and sales-related operational issues.
Data Analysis & Insights
● Analyze spending, revenue, sales, and operational data to identify trends and discrepancies.
● Provide actionable insights to improve fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and sales performance.
● Identify data errors and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
● Prepare performance analysis reports for management and stakeholders.
Vendor & Customer Management
● Monitor vendor performance, payouts, and service-level compliance.
● Track customer requirements, service delivery performance, and issue resolution.
● Ensure accuracy in payout calculations, billing data, and operational reporting.
Operations Coordination
● Work closely with operations and sales teams for daily business reporting and coordination.
● Support business planning through accurate data reporting and analysis.
● Ensure timely submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or sales operations.
● Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
● Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and revenue tracking.
● Familiarity with Power BI or SQL will be an added advantage.
