About the Role
The Executive Assistant (EA) will work closely with the Co-CEO & Advisory Board Chairman to ensure strategic, governance, and relationship priorities are managed effectively. This role sits at the centre of board engagement, senior stakeholder relationships, and strategic execution. The role requires strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to operate confidently with board members, investors, and senior executives. Beyond operational excellence, the EA will act as a trusted partner, supporting preparation, coordination, and follow-through across Advisory Board and Co-CEO activities.
What You’ll be Doing
The role exists to ensure the Co-CEO & Advisory Board Chairman’s priorities are delivered with precision and impact. Success comes from proactive planning, strong stakeholder management, and a clear understanding of business and governance dynamics. Within the first 6–12 months, the EA is expected to establish effective operating rhythms for Advisory Board and senior stakeholder engagement, improve preparation and follow-up for board-related activity, and bring structure and consistency to the Chairman’s office.
Core Responsibilities
● Partner closely with the Co-CEO & Advisory Board Chairman to manage strategic priorities and ensure focus on high-impact initiatives.
● Support end-to-end preparation and follow-up for Advisory Board meetings, including agendas, materials, actions, and minutes.
● Act as a key coordination point for Advisory Board members, maintaining strong professional relationships and clear communication.
● Prepare high-quality briefs, presentations, talking points, and summaries for board and senior stakeholder engagements.
● Own email management and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
● Manage workstreams across the Co-CEO’s direct reports to ensure alignment and timely execution.
● Track decisions, commitments, and actions arising from Advisory Board and Co-CEO interactions, ensuring execution and accountability.
● Coordinate cross-functional inputs required to support board discussions and strategic initiatives.
● Support internal and external communications originating from the Co-CEO Advisory office.
● Apply sound judgement in prioritising requests, managing information flow, and advising on timing and messaging.
What You will need for this position
● Experience: 7–12 years supporting founders, CEOs, board members, or senior executives; experience with boards or advisory bodies strongly preferred.
● Education / Skills: Degree-level education; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proficiency with digital productivity and collaboration tools.
● Traits: Highly organised, discreet, confident communicator, proactive, strategic-minded, and comfortable operating at senior and board level.

● Timely delivery of Co-CEO & Advisory Board Chairman priorities and follow-ups.
● Effectiveness of Advisory Board meeting preparation and follow-through.
● Quality and clarity of materials and communications prepared for board members.
● Timely execution of agreed board actions and strategic priorities.
