About the Role
As a Finance Executive at Moove India will play a critical role in supporting the company’s financial operations as we scale our mobility and fintech offerings. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, and supporting compliance with local statutory requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Finance Executive will help streamline financial processes, support audits and tax filings, and provide reliable financial insights that enable informed business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
What You will need for this position
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting (startup, fintech, or mobility experience is a plus)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements in India Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Excellent communication and coordination skills CA Inter / CMA Inter qualification is an added advantage
Key Metrics
Accuracy and timeliness of monthly and quarterly financial close Compliance with statutory and regulatory deadlines Reduction in reconciliation differences and audit observations Efficiency in accounts payable and receivable cycles Cost control and variance management effectiveness Process improvement initiatives implemented and sustained.
