About the Role
The PRO is responsible for managing all government, legal, and regulatory affairs related to the company’s limousine and bike delivery operations in the UAE. This includes handling visas, RTA permits, trade licenses, police and court cases, and ensuring full compliance with all UAE government entities.
The role requires strong coordination with MOHRE, GDRFA, RTA, Dubai Police, Courts, DED, and other government departments to ensure smooth business operations and legal compliance at all times.
What You’ll be Doing
1. Visa, Labour & Immigration
Manage the complete process of visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for drivers, riders, and staff.
Liaise with MOHRE and GDRFA to ensure full compliance with UAE labour and immigration regulations.
Handle medical testing, Emirates ID applications, and residence stamping.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa and employment-related documents.
2. RTA & Vehicle Compliance
Manage vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, and inspection for limousines and bikes.
Process RTA driver permits, franchise cards, and tags as required.
Coordinate with RTA for resolving fines, inspection issues, and traffic violations.
Maintain an internal system to track expiry dates for RTA permits, registrations, and vehicle documents.
3. Dubai Police, Courts & Legal Coordination
Liaise with Dubai Police and Traffic Department for accident reports, vehicle release, and driver-related cases.
Represent the company in court hearings and manage document submissions or settlements when required.
Maintain accurate logs of fines, violations, and legal correspondence.
Coordinate with legal advisors for ongoing or escalated matters.
4. DED, Licensing & Trade Compliance
Handle trade license renewals, amendments, and new applications with Dubai Economy (DED).
Manage renewals for Establishment Cards, Civil Defence Certificates, and Tenancy Contracts.
Coordinate for branch license setups, modifications, or transfers.
Ensure that all operations are compliant with UAE commercial and municipality laws.
5. Government Liaison & Reporting
Serve as the primary company representative for all government-related matters with RTA, MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Dubai Police, and Courts.
Maintain detailed physical and digital records of all official documents and correspondence.
Prepare periodic reports for management covering visa status, RTA renewals, fines, and license updates.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key government officials and departments.
What You will need for this position
In-depth knowledge of UAE labour, transport, traffic, and commercial laws.
Proven experience liaising with RTA, DED, Dubai Police, Courts, MOHRE, and GDRFA.
Strong document management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
Fluency in English and Arabic (read, write, and speak) is mandatory.
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
Minimum 5–7 years of PRO experience in UAE, preferably within transportation, limousine, or delivery sectors.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record of managing large-scale driver/rider visa and RTA processes.
