About the Role
We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner (Jr. HRBP) to join our People team in Mexico City, supporting both Moove and Kovi (recently acquired by Moove). This is a junior-level role, ideal for early-career HR professionals eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
The Jr. HRBP will play a key role in strengthening our organizational culture, internal communications, onboarding processes, employee experience, and People operations. While providing support in recruitment when required, the primary focus will be on building engagement and ensuring smooth People processes that directly impact our employees’ success.
What You’ll be Doing
Organizing All Hands Meetings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
Coordinating onboarding processes to ensure new joiners have a smooth and engaging experience.
Supporting programs related to culture, eNPS surveys, employee recognition, and internal trainings.
Managing People operations: payroll incidents, benefits administration (vouchers, SGMM, hybrid work allowances), access, equipment, and offboarding.
Assisting managers with performance and talent identification processes.
Supporting recruitment processes: job profile alignment, initial screenings, and interview coordination.
What You Will Need for this Position
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (internships, trainee programs, HR Analyst, or social service experience also considered).
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Relations, or related field.
Advanced English (oral and written) for daily interaction with the global People team.
Experience or exposure to HRIS (desirable).
Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
Passion for employee experience, culture, and working in startups.
Key Metrics
Employee satisfaction scores (eNPS, engagement surveys).
Quality and timeliness of onboarding processes.
Accuracy of payroll and benefits data.
Manager satisfaction with People support.
Attendance and feedback on All Hands and employee events.

Directly reporting to our Head of HR – Moove Mexico, and closely working with our People Team both locally and globally.
