About the Role
An Associate MIS & Central Operations role at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for developing and maintaining management information systems (MIS), analyzing operational data, and supporting the central operations team in optimizing processes and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You’ll be Doing
• MIS Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain MIS dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into business performance.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Operational Support: Support the central operations team with data-driven insights to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance.
• Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all systems.
• Ad-hoc Requests: Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide analytical support as needed.
What You will need for this position
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience, but we will consider candidates with less
• experience if they meet our other requirements
• Proven experience in MIS development, data analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with database management (SQL preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the financial services or mobility sector is a plus

Directly reporting to our Regional Managing Director, and closely working with our Operations Team.
