About the Role
The Sales Associate role at Moove is a pivotal position responsible for driving the company's growth by acquiring and onboarding new customers (Drivers). This role combines the skills of a dynamic salesperson and a meticulous onboarding specialist. The Sales Associate will engage with potential customers/drivers, understand their needs, and present Moove's innovative solutions. Additionally, they'll lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for drivers as they adopt the platform. This role demands strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills to effectively bring new clients into the Moove ecosystem while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
What you’ll be doing
- Driver sourcing of drivers (fleet partners) through field and internal / external callings
- Onboarding quality drivers to Moove platform with security deposits
- Register new drivers, and review accurate drivers’ information while ensuring compliance with Moove standards.
- Accurately describe Moove’s product features and benefits to drivers.
- Ensure all onboarded drivers are transferred to the Moove Fleet account.
- Clear and transparent communication to drivers on the benefits of joining Moove and walk drivers through the onboarding process and to meet the KPI matrix to be successful.
- Stay on top of Moove policies and procedures
- Welcome and greet customers delightfully.
- Resolve driver related issues.
- Work with the General Manager/ Sr. Manager-Operations in building harmonious relations between drivers.
What you will need for this position
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field such as sales, marketing, operations or any related fields.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, operations, supply chain, logistics or marketplace experience in the mobility industry or startup.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command on Microsoft excel with advanced formulas is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with others at all levels of the organisation and externally.
- Ability to work on Google and microsoft tools and data storage
- Ability to work independently, with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Metrics
- Sign up of X number of drivers daily with security deposit
- 75% conversion from lead gen to conversion with deposit
- First trip to first month trip target to be mapped to performance
- Executive to Driver Partner knowledge transfer about Moove rentals to be monitored and evaluated basis DP first few weeks of performance
- Motivate drivers to meet KPI matrix to enjoy the added benefits such as daily / weekly incentives
- Build good relationship with external agency to assist on driver sourcing
- Adherence to 100% compliance
