About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager on a contract basis for 6 months to oversee and drive key operational projects focused on improving processes, ensuring safety and compliance, and enhancing overall quality across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SOP development, and process improvement, with a keen understanding of safety and regulatory compliance. This role requires the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and implement scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
What You’ll be Doing
Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across various operational areas.
Work with department heads to ensure SOPs are aligned with best practices and industry standards.
Ensure SOPs are up-to-date, relevant, and properly communicated across all teams.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and process improvements across the organization.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify areas of improvement.
Develop and implement change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions for new initiatives, policies, or systems.
Lead change management efforts to minimize resistance and maximize the adoption of new processes.
Provide coaching and training to teams on change management best practices.
What You will need for this position
Preference for someone who is experienced with Kaizen framework and processes
Bachelor's degree
At least 7+ years of experience in operations, management consulting, strategy, project management, vendor management, or relevant outsourcing engagements
Experience driving complex projects
Change management experience in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Highly detailed oriented with strategy, project management and data analysis experience. Facility with spreadsheets and financial modelling is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present at all levels within the organisation
Outstanding organisational skills with a track record of managing organisational systems
Right to work in the United States of America.
