About the Role
Are you ready to lead capital markets activities in a rapidly expanding and dynamic company? At Moove, we’re seeking a proactive and skilled Head of Debt Capital Markets to drive our fundraising initiatives, engage with lenders and debt investors providers, and manage strategic debt transactions. This role demands a deep understanding of multi-market and multi-currency environments, coupled with exceptional model-building and negotiation skills.
In this key position, you will be responsible for originating and managing debt funding, overseeing due diligence processes, and collaborating with legal teams to close transactions. You will also handle post-close stakeholder management and reporting, ensuring that our capital strategies align with our overall business objectives.
Your experience in, structuring, marketing and managing private debt, corporate debt and bond issuances, across multiple geographies will be crucial. background in top-tier investment banks, private credit funds or working in a capital markets function of an asset heavy company is highly valued.
What You’ll be Doing
Engage lenders: Build and maintain relationships with key financial institutions, lenders, and overall debt investors to secure necessary funding.
Origination and model building: Lead the origination of capital raising activities and develop robust financial models to support funding efforts.
Due diligence management: Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring thorough evaluation and risk assessment of potential funding sources.
Negotiation and closing: Lead negotiations and structuring efforts for debt or debt like transactions, working closely with all supporting teams.
Post-close management: Manage stakeholder relationships and reporting post-transaction, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with financial objectives.
Funding planning: working closely with treasury and other key stakeholders to develop a short and long team funding plan
Multi-market and multi-currency expertise: Apply knowledge of multi-market and multi-currency environments to structure deals and manage funding across diverse markets.
Group structure knowledge: Utilise experience with multi-entity group structures to optimise capital strategies and ensure effective financial management.
What You will need for this position
Leadership in fundraising: Demonstrated success in leading (originating, modelling, negotiating and structuring) capital raising activities, including private debt, bond issuances.
Top-tier experience: Proven experience in top-tier investment banks, private credit funds or working in a capital markets function of an asset heavy company .
Debt and equity expertise: Extensive experience with private debt,bond issuances and overall debt like investors
Senior-level capability: 10-15 years experience with strong track record of leadership and impact in capital markets.

Directly reporting to our Chief Finance Officer, and closely working with our Finance Team.
