About the Role
The Finance Executive will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of Moove. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You’ll be Doing
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor and report on budget variances.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, including cost analysis, pricing strategies, and investment appraisals.
Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure timely filing of tax returns and adherence to tax regulations.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company meets its financial obligations.
Identify financial risks and propose strategies to mitigate them. Support the development and implementation of financial controls.
Collaborate with other departments on financial strategies and business planning activities.
What You will need for this position
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the mobility or financial services sector.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Profit Margin: Monitor and improve profit margin to assess the company's profitability and financial performance.
Cash Flow Forecast Accuracy: Ensure accurate cash flow forecasting to maintain sufficient liquidity and make informed financial decisions.
Debt-to-Equity Ratio: Keep a healthy debt-to-equity ratio to manage financial leverage and reduce potential financial risks.
Return on Investment (ROI): Evaluate and optimize ROI on various projects and investments to maximise returns and allocate resources efficiently.
Accounts Receivable Days: Reduce accounts receivable days to improve cash flow and minimize the risk of bad debt.

Directly reporting to our Managing Director, and closely working with our Operations Team.
