About the Role
Our Sales Execs are the face of the company to all prospective customers and are responsible for pursuing new sales prospects, qualifying them through all the sales stages through to conversion to customer, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction throughout. The right candidate will have excellent communication and relationship management skills, be a good negotiator and influencer, and constantly strive to close more sales.
What You’ll be Doing
The key responsibilities for this role are:
Taking prospective customers through the sales process with the objective of converting them into customers
Explaining the Moove product to drivers and resolving any queries
Checking driver eligibility and collecting & verifying information using third party tools
Managing sales activity data in our CRM system
Being the face of the company to potential customers

What You will need for this position
Experience in sales in a high performing, target-driven environment
Ability to influence and negotiate
Strong communication skills
Confident in managing relationships with customers
Resilience and persistence in driving to the target
Initiative to find and log answers to questions from customers
Agility to keep up with continuously improving sales systems and processes
Who You'll Be Working with:
Directly reporting to our Sales Team Lead, and closely working with our Sales & Onboarding Team.
