About the Role
The Operations Associate is a key role in achieving our scaling goals at Moove. You’ll work across the Sales & Onboarding, Fleet & Maintenance and Customer Success teams in the UK to solve some of our biggest challenges. You’ll take a data-driven approach to identify priorities while improving our systems and processes to help us meet our ambitious scaling targets. So, if you have entrepreneurial spirit, a data-driven approach, experience in leveraging tech, and lots of initiative and-drive to achieve results, this is the role for you.
What You’ll be Doing
Using a data driven approach and continuous improvement methodology to identify key focus areas for improvement
Streamlining and optimising processes to enable scale and efficiency (starting with sales process optimisation)
Selecting, implementing and managing tools to drive efficiency and opportunities for automation
Working with global stakeholders as the internal POC representing UK needs and use cases for product builds, and working with local teams to roll out changes
What you will need for this position
Minimum of 3 years in a Operations or Continuous Improvement role
Start-up background is advantageous but not essential
Data driven approach and ability to analyse, derive and act from insights
Competent at trialling and implementing technology to drive efficiency
Ability to work with teams to implement changes quickly and effectively

Reporting to the City Manager and working closely with the UK Operations Team.
