About the Role
Moove is looking for an experienced leader with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial attitude to be Senior Operations Manager , Acquisition & Onboarding, reporting into the Regional Head of Central Operations. As a proven result – driven person, the Senior Operations Manager , Acquisition & Onboarding will be leading the overall supply Acquisition & Onboarding within the country.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the automotive finance, fleet leasing management or car rental industry and a proven track record in developing territories, implementing successful growth strategies and leading teams. The Senior Operations Manager , Acquisition & Onboarding will be prepared to be fully accountable for all supply Acquisition & Onboarding within the country.

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager , Acquisition & Onboarding within the country who will manage all supply Acquisition & Onboarding projects and tasks within our fleet operations team, and also be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for the role will be someone who is a street smart, who has deep knowledge in developing outstanding relationships with our driver partners and law enforcement officials.
What You’ll be Doing
Work on Acquisition and Onboarding policies for driver partners.
Create orientation programs (first day, first week, first month and first quarter).
Create and update our employee handbook.
Monitor new hire turnover and retention rates.
Schedule and oversee training sessions.
Create a handbook for client acquisition, to help build a funnel of drivers.
Implement all policies and programs in new markets.
Find new channels of Driver sourcing.
What You will need for this position
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven work experience as Onboarding Manager.
Experience MS Office, G-suite.
Good knowledge of labour legislation in all markets.
Familiarity with employment paperwork, including terms of agreement, fixed-term contracts and confidentiality act.
Understanding of payroll procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Directly reporting to our Regional Head of Central Operations and interacting with the Operations team.
